Was on VH1 Classic here.
2:41pm EST, which was 11:41am PST for me. No idea why that exact time.

Alex, Eddie, David and Wolfie were all on, and DLR was so completely hyper, just like always. Alex seemed amused, as always, Wolfie was pretty mellow, and Eddie looked like he was STILL simply tolerating DLR. There were some comments that were completely un-PC (of course!), and DLR got a big moan to a Michael Jackson joke/reference, to which he replied, "C'mon, your groaning over Micheal Jackson?" LMAO!

Tour was announced (100 cities I believe, no specifics), and claims of this not being a reunion, but simply a new evolution of VH, with more than one tour and a new album planned. They said Wolfie was instrumental in choosing the songs for the tour, and that they had been rehersing since last Oct, with a break for Eddie's rehab.

Hopefully it makes it to youtube or something, cause there were parts that were hysterical...

Sorry, I was just hittin High School when VH came out, and as a guitar player, VH were a breath of...interesting air Say what you will, but I am really wanting to see them on this tour...if it actually happens. IMO, one of two things will happen this year: the VH tour, or Axel's album. And I only care about one of them...

David Lee Roth sucks. But, if this happens, it promises to be one Hella' tour.

I don't get it, its just VH, they have had 2 great vocalist. one in their young days and one older years, what would be different ? I like Diamond Dave a lot but he will be the worse let down on stage, I saw him a while back singing on some Tv show....omg it was bad, horrible. Maybe he can pull himself together to do a great job, this seems like 3 old men on tour with a teenager.
Good Luck to them
Id rather see a good Sade concert, hell i guess im getting old too...lol

No Michael Anthony???? What a shame, turning their backs on a founding member.

Im not that big a VH fan but does anyone know why michael anthony was not on this reincarnation. I know hes not like a super amazing bass player but he is a founding member. Did eddie think his son could do a better job or did Michael pass.

On another note, i saw them a few years ago with sammy hagar. You could tell they were alot happier and sammy hagar seemed like the nicest guy but they kinda sucked. His songs were never that good, so i can see why they would reluctantly bring back DLR. Hes just a much better singer and frontman, even though he acts like the most intense frontman ever(besides axl rose).

Michael Anthony kept touring w/ Sammy after Sammy left VH. I'll assume Eddie and Alex weren't too happy 'bout that.

Or, maybe, just maybe, Michael Anthony has a brain and got fed up w/ all the BS...

Or maybe Wolfgang put the whole thing together.

He's the prime age for starting a band and he simply calle the best guitar player and drummer he knew that weren't already busy playing in a band.

IF you had put htat rhythm section together, who would you call to sing?

Michael bad mouthed Eddie and Alex every chance he got to anyone who would listen. Would you want him in your band if you were the Van Halens?
