Finally!! So I have my new website up, and if anyone remembers my past site it is a step in the right direction!! There are still a few kinks in it, but let me know what you think. I'm planning another photo page of the studio in a few months. Let me know any critiques you may have of the site. Thanks, Perry

Black Seal friend, very cool site, clean and objective. The top menu cool and straight, but i think the gear brand names no needed when we click in "studio" In "studio" you can add another left menu with photos of rack or booths, the room etc... Right direction, cool !

Hi. I think it's good. But I also noticed the logotypes of the brands as No4PCs pointed out. I think if you are not sponsored you don't need them. ![]()

load time Thanks for the input. It wasn't my idea for the logos to be placed on there, but I thought it looked cool so I went with it. I might change that if I get enough negative feedback on it. How is the song load time on the artist page. Does it load fast enough or should I shorten the length to just 30 sec segments to facilitate load time. If anyone could let me know how it loads up for you. I'm not sure if I want it to stay that way or not. I guess it depends on how fast it loads up. Thanks, Perry

| The site is clean and functional. IMHO, having the song play when the page loads opens you up to be judged by the sonic quality of the streaming format. Maybe you can put a player at the top and let the user choose if they want to hear it or not. Personally I wouldn't wan't anyone to judge my work based on a short looping sample. Maybe I'm just paranoid? Maybe because I just can't stand compressed audio formats.![]()

hmmm Dontletmedrown, I didn't know if you were refering to the front page song or the songs located on the artists page. The sound byte is supposed to be a generic welcome of sorts, and the real examples are located on the artists page. I guess it will take some time to figure this out. Perry

Cojo, Nothing came up on the artist page?? What connection speed are you using?? I wonder if that is effecting it. The artists page loads up each song and shows the play button after it loads. Each track is an entire mp3 file so my web guy probably doesn't have much experience with this so it will interesting to iron out all of the kinks.

Hi again. I have a fast connection ~20Mbps. I see now. I waited for about a minute before the play buttons came up. Then there where no problem. It would have been better if you just made the buttons as a jpg or gif instead of using flash. The problem was/is that it has to load the songs before the button shows up and therefor I had already left the page. The problem also occur if you embed a file in a gif/jpg. The best way to do it (in my oppinion) is to link to the file from a text or a gif/jpg then the player starts streaming and you can hear as you download if you have enough speed. Other then that the page seems/looks fine.
