Blew my mackie HR 824 woofer and they are sending me a new one.

I wanted to post this in contrast to the posts I've seen here about this issue. I emailed them late last night and there is a woofer on it's way to me today. Service cannot get any better then that. They also asked me if I wanted to either send the whole speaker back for them to go through and fix or if I wanted them to just send me a woofer and I put it in myself. Now they may have not been great with some others regarding this issue in the past but what can I say? They are taking care of me first class. I'm thrilled.

How old were your speakers? I am just curious if they would still support my 2.5 year old speakers if something were to go wrong.

I think about 2 years. They said it was covered. It arrives today so I'll be tearing it apart.
