Good Inverter for Audio?

Hello all,

Well this may be a weird request but I will give it a shot. I have long wanted to build a studio using an alternative energy source like solar, wind, and hydro power. I think that I have found some land that would be condusive to using all three to power a studio, but I need to pick an inverter that will give me clean enough power to run some high end audio gear. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks!

Battery powered equipment

Hello,

Not a strange request at all - it's been long a dream of mine to setup a studio in the middle of a wood - sadly in the UK you cant rely on sunshine....

Anyway - have you though about purely useing a laptop based recording setup with bus powerd soundcards such as the MOTU traveler? This would make sure that you wouldnt have any problems with un-clean power whilst in the recording stage as everthing would be desiged to run off battery power.
