D Sub gender changers

Wondering if anyone could point me to a gender changer to link together 2 D Sub 25 pin males, I can only seem to find computer parallel port changers and I'm presuming these aren't going to be useful (correct me if i'm wrong thanks). Also, on running short (4m) lengths, am i going to be degrading the signal too noticably and maybe should get things repinned instead..?

Something like these ones?

Hum. I could repackage them, cryogenize them and sell them as especially tuned for audio with shortest signal path
