| BFR81 and BFR41 replacements. i have a couple of Calrec PQ1161-02 modules with one bad amp card and was wondering if anyone knew of a substitute for the BFR81 and BFR41 transistors.

| BFR41 = BC639 and BFR81 = BC640, same footprints. Both are 60V / 1A / 0,8W
