Tube Mic-to-Interface Cable Source?

Hi,

I'd like to build a longer cable to connect a Miktek CV-4 tube mic to its Interface Module. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not seem to know the particulars, nor are there any markings on the cable jacket. They did confirm its a straight cable with 7-position XLR connectors.

For those that have replaced a tube mic interface cable...

1. Is the cable type shielded, n-conductor? What specs are critical or exceed those of decent multi-conductor shielded cable?

2. Can you recommend a particular cable?

Thanks

Bob

Professional Recording Equipment Accessories: Shop Our Selection of Audio Equipment Accessories, Custom Engraved Panels and Custom Audio Cables - Tube Mic Cable

The audio signal wire(s) are most important to shield. Everything else is power, etc. These cables are custom-made for tube condenser microphone head wiring.
