Microphone Repair in Germany. Sennheiser MD409U3

Hello folks,

Does anyone have a contact for a good, respectable & competent microphone repair technician in Europe? I see one in the UK and one in PL in the Tech Directory. Surely, there must be a good shop for these German microphones here in DE.

I need to have the foam replaced in a pair of Sennheiser MD409U3 microphones. They also could stand cleaning up due to the foam turning to sludge.

I did a search and didn't find anything. Any leads would be appreciated.

I'll check as to whether they still service their older stuff. Thanks.

Sennheiser has informed me that they will NOT service this microphone. They don't have the parts nor interest to do so...

next?

Whoa. Sennheiser not servicing the stuff that put them on the map.

What about
Xaudia Elektrik - Extinct Audio Equipment, Microphones & Information
because they restore old mics...
or maybe ask Adi Vines if he knows someone
http://xselectronics.co.uk/
or any of the boutique microphone manufacturers/modders in Germany?
