| emu1616m interface power problem...
Hopefully somebody can help me with this issue. My emu 1616m interface is not powering up. Last week is when the problem started. I had a friend over who has worked as an electrician, he tested the outlets and they checked out fine...checked the power supply adaptor and said it was dead.
I order a new one, get it, plug it in and it works fine again. get home tonight and turn it on...nothing.
Seems very strange to me that it would work for several hours and then not work at all one day later.
I've had this interface for some time now, it's the pcmcia model which has since been discontinued, it's always served me well and I've never so much as bumped it as far as wear and tear.
Has anybody had a similar problem or have a clue what could be the issue?
