Powering Both Sides of Breadboard

I've been doing some experimenting with new builds, and I've been learning a lot. One of the issues I've come across is in trying to build the EA Tremolo off of the Beavis site:

http://www.beavisaudio.com/bboard/pr..._EATremolo.pdf

I would like to give many thanks to the Beavis site, it's really helped me learn a lot about electronics!

My question is, as in the diagram there are components attached to both power and ground rails on either side. How do you go about connecting a 9v battery clip?

Do I simply hook them to one side and then jumper across to the other rails? All help is very appreciated!

Yes, simply attach the red and black wires from the 9V battery clip to the appropriate rails on one side of the breadboard, and then run jumper wires over to the corresponding rails on the other side of the board. As straightforward as you imagine. Nothing magic here. Of course you want everything connected properly and double-checked before actually applying power.
