What tube in the Summit TLA100?
Hi, would you know what tube was used in the old TLA100 limiter? (not TLA100A)

Mostly Sovtek (or whomever could supply them in quantity at the time). Summit doesn't particularly hand-select tubes for their product (although I do believe they reject any microphonic ones as that always presents a problem in high-mu triodes).

A lot of the Summits use 5V dc for heater voltage, and they told me that they have to select the tubes based on the lower dc heater voltage.
