The factory (who is now only Dale Epperson) is supposed to warranty them for life. I haven't talked to him since maybe 2007 or early 2008, last contacts I had for him was

Yes, I spoke with him a while back and he promised the same, then gave me a number that is no longer in service

Not passing audio, that's all I know. Fwiw, and to anyone needing repair work for analog gear, I sent it to Jason Lambson at Revive Music. Jason is a great guy and bit of a gear genius, and quickly becoming my "most visited" contacts.
