Lexicon PCM42 transformer issues and questions

Ok, so first I should start this by stating I understand the dangers of high-voltage and realize that screwing around with transformers can easily lead to my unfortunate and premature death. With that, you gotta start somewhere right? Also, I'm including the schematic which has already been posted on here but to make things easier I figured I might as well.

I've got a PCM42 with what I'm assuming is a bad transformer. I say that with a bit of second guessing but there's no recognizable voltage coming off the secondaries and the casing of the PCM has a soot outline of the transformer on it... so... ya, I'm pretty sure this is a transformer issue. Side note, the fuse it completely fine. Anyways, the PCM seems to have a dual primary, dual secondary center tapped transformer which I'm finding is harder to track down then you'd think. Aside from that I can't figure out what the voltage rating for the secondary is (which I'll get to what I think it should be in a second), what the power rating is, and what amperage I should be looking at for off the secondaries.

As far as the as the voltage coming off the secondaries, I'm guessing it should be 16v. I say this because one of the leads coming off one of the secondaries hits a fuse, diode, then goes straight to the display providing the 16v it requires to operate.

Any help finding a suitable replacement would be greatly appreciated. Better yet if you know where to find an actual replacement that would obviously be best, but hey, I'm learning a lot more going this route anyways.

One secondary would be about 16 -0- 16 volts, the other about 12 -0-12v. Likely to have been custom wound for Lexicon. You could do an external box with two separate transformers.
