Update/upgrade dbx 160x pots

I would line to upgrade the three pots in my dbx 160x with stepped pits for easier setting recall. The problem is finding stepped pits in the long shaft version which is what the dbx uses. Anyone know I good place to find these? They need to be 20k and at least 23 step if possible. Thanx in advance!

Or, buy regular 20 k linear pots and mount them to the front panel.
So are you suggesting that I mount new pots to the face of the dbx then somehow make extensions back to the PCB?
