Peavey Mace VT Bias Mod

I'm considering a bias mod on my Peavey Mace VT and have failed to find any solid info on this. I've read about 4 suggested ways to do this mod and all are totally different. Most of the mods do reference IR9 and sometimes IR10. Instead of controlling the voltage upstream of all 6 tubes I would like the capability of adjusting bias at each individual tube. Will installing variable resistors in place of R27,R28,R30,R34,R32 & R36 accomplish this?

Thanks

Years ago I had my Mace stolen after a recording session. Damn I miss that amp! No idea about your question, you just got me all nostalgic.

It's an impressive amp (for what it is). Picked it up at a pawn shop for 60 bucks a few weeks ago. Gotta wear ear plugs to even look at it! LOUD!
