Might have better luck in the GeekSlutz section. I used to have a set, not sure if I still do, so they are around.

Mine doesn't work either! But this because the fuse is broken... Someone know what fuse this gear needs ? (110v powered) maybe someone can look inside of their own effectron and find out the value of the fuse? Please. It will be very helpfull. I lost the original fuse. Thank you in advance

Hi ALexis you can test with a 100mA is not dangerous for your machine.

If you want know where I buy all the schematics.

Regards

yea, I too have an old Effectron in the rack (working). Bought it new in 1984. I also have a Compu-Effectron (not working right). I'll see if I have a schematic for you.

I looked . . . I have the manual, but no schematic. I always grab schematics for all my gear when I come across them. If memory serves, a tech borrowed mine and never returned it.

Did you see this?
My clients are coming in so I didn't open it up, but it may be something . .

Bumping an old thread.... Just wondering if anybody is still around that knows about the Effectron II (1024)?

I just picked up a broken one for $25. I love the sound of this unit! Well, at least what still works. I get bad distortion on all but the "1" and "256" time value buttons, those work fine. I thought it might be the caps, but without a look at the schematics, I'm not sure. Anyone ever come across this?
