Fixing Dx7 Part 2

I have now changed the power supply of my DX7.
I didnt electrocute myself or anyone else, not even the wirenibbling cat.

Ive got a dead steady 15,4 and 3,7V out from the DC board so everything there should be fine.

But contrary to expcetation it still doesnt work :(

There is life, of a sort.
Number displays show random stuff on the left and 8 on the right, Screen is lifeless.

But then Im a bit stuck again, what would be the next things to check?
The Battery? Something else?

Cheers, I did see another guy with about the same problem, but he didnt bother trying much, he did check readings on DM ICs and they were supposedly fine on his.
Ive looked over the caps and none look bad, and likewise no fuses were blown so I doubt theres been a giant power surge.
Basically, as long as theres simple things to check Ill hope

Edit: Battery reads 0.46 at 12V setting on the multimeter, .46 at 1,5V where a regular 1,5V gets a 1.6 reading, so thats a confirmed flat?

(PS: I actually thought you were a bot since your messages are always deleted before I get to read them :D )
