Yamaha EMX512SC - Any ideas on splitting the mixer from the power amp?

Folks:

I am thinking of splitting the mixer from the power amp on a Yamaha EMX512SC combo mixer amp so I can insert feedback eliminators (such as a dbx AFS224 Feedback Eliminator), equalizers, or limiters in the audio chain. I love the size of the Emx512sc for small venues but would love to have direct access to the amplifier input or access between the mixer and amplifier.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
