SSL Alpha Channel Strip EQ no markings...hmmmn

Hi there...have Googled endlessly - can't find a detailed explanation of the frequency markings for the LF, MF and HF on my SSL Alpha channel strip hardware, so that if desired I can boost/cut specific frequencies...for when my ear fails me Anyone know what increments the markings go up in on each LOW MIDS AND HIGHS? Cheers for your help!!

Yes, they could have added a few more markings, it's not as if there is no room on the panel!! You'll just have to guess, I guess.
