Remote Mixing Service, How to ensure getting Paid?

Hi, I recently got approach by some people over twitter asking me to mix a couple of songs for them. Since we are in different cities, they will send me the tracks, i'll mix the song and then send the mix to them.

Now, what i wanna know is how can i show them my mix and make sure they don't just take the mp3 and use that as a mix and don't pay me o something like that?

What would be the best way to send them my mix for review and corrections? I know there are a lot of guys doing recording, mixing and mastering remotety, for people that they have never met before, so how to ensure getting paid?

send them their mixes for review with an inherent but obvious flaw in it, such as cutting the volume on the track every minute or 30 seconds. this will let them review the work and request changes, but not let them get the final product until payment is received.
