It's a Selmer-Maccaferri style guitar, which was Django Reinhardt's choice for his Gypsy Jazz style of playing. I couldn't get the YouTube video to play so I couldn't get a good look at it to see if it was from some other contemporary builder. I think John Jorgenson has been playing one like this as well.
