D type patch panel

Hi

I just had a D type 19" rack panel delivered and a load of d type xlrs.

The problem is they don't come with screws to attach the xlr connectors. Does anyone know what size screws I need?

This the panel I bought

A lot of the patch panels I see use rivets to attach the connectors. I bought a cheap rivet gun and rivets and it was a real time saver when building my panels. Also it makes a nice neat look.

They are M3

I got those same type of panels,
The screws that came with mine were terrible, The XLRs are good, I've had mine in for 2 1/2 years without problem.
The Jack sockets from there on the other hand were useless, I had to swap them out for neutrik in 6 months.

They are a bargain though, jacks aside, nice thick plates.

Thanks for the replies I went down to screwfix after I posted this and got a bag of m3's

I had just got the 95p xlrs from them in there at the moment so we'll see how they stand up against the test of time
