Thread Starter | JDK Audio EQ-R24 gain difference in the "HI" range
I purchased a used JDK Audio EQ-R24 (2 channel EQ) and didn't notice, while auditioning the unit, that there is a significant difference in raw gain in the "HI" sections of the frequency range.. The #2 channel puts out MUCH more gain in the HI than the #1 channel. Not sure which is wrong, actually..It almost seems like the #2 channel, the one with more gain, has a bit to much gain when compared to the general gain from the other ranges across both channels. There is no funky, associated noise with the higher gain issue..just more volume in the HI, as far as I can tell. thoughts? |
