Not too expensive Fluke DMM model

Hi,
could you indicate any Fluke model that can be bought for a reasonable amount of money? It would be ok too some that can be found used.
I'm no tech, just need it to mantain and set up my own amps and devices.

Maybe a used 83 or 87 revision 3 (III) or 5 (V)?

These are some of the best ones, very few flukes are better than these (model 287/289 etc).

I'll edit in some info. ******//www.fluke.com/fluke/usen/prod...d=DMMfunnel-en

Some of their instruments are very specialized, like insulation, automotive, process calibration etc. I guess you want some genral purpose or "advanced" meter.

I have an onld top of the line unit (15 years) and buying a used one is definitely an option. Just get one of the best ones. If buying new and on the cheap I would look at Agilent or Amprobe. Or APPA.

I bought 3 Fluke 8060A's on e-bay a while ago for about $50 each. they are very accurate and have a very high frequency response for audio and tape bias frequencies.
