Looking for huge volume knobs

I´m looking for huge volume knobs.
Like these ones: Penn-Elcom Z408600 Basic Amplifier Knob Black 240-207 except they are about 1" diameter, and I need it to be about 3" diameter.

Anyone knows where I could get any luck?

And before you even mention it, it´s not an option to use one from and old stereo, since I need about 40, and they all must be the same.

Thanks.

These seem to be your readily available options... I'm sure that there are some semi-custom manufactureres around that could make other plastic knobs... or your local machine shop could make aluminum ones.

Look into knobs for variac's (outside us: variable mains transformers or vario-trafos)

For 3" phenolic knobs? Probably not. You could probably have aluminum knobs machined for near the same cost.

You probably could get closer to what you want at a more reasonable price by going with Davies Moulding or someone like that - But I bet they want a sizable minimum order.... It may be worth an email or call.
