Help! CHAMELEON LABS TS-1 mk II vs Blue Bluebird or similar

Hi guys i need some advice/help ! I have some money to buy a new primarily vocal mic (but need to be for acoustics, percusion, etc too)
I have not more than $700 and i'm trying to decide

My too best options right now are the CHAMELEON LABS TS-1 mk II and the Blue's bluebird . Can any of you suggest me which would be better for my needs or if there's another mic that could do the job?

My situation is that i have a home studio that i use primarily for mixing and recording vocals or some other acoustic instruments
