I'm unable to use the picth and mod wheel in halion. Does anyone know what setting I must use in order to utilize this function? Im using cubase 3/halion 3.1/ roland XP80 as a controller |

Do you see midi being transmitted when you move the wheels? If your midi interface has midi in/out activity leds check to see. If there's no lights then the keyboard isn't sending data. If there is, check the settings in the halion instrument - is it set to receive mod and pitch wheel data? In most instruments you can set the pitch bend range and assing the mod wheel to whatever you want. The other thing to check is in the cubas and halion midi preferences - is there any sort of midi input filter that's set to filter out wheel data? Good luck.
