A-Designs Hammer EQ - Make Up Gain?

...or should I say "make down gain" ?

I like this Equalizer a lot, BUT it really could do with an output gain control for A/B comparison!

Has anyone here every considered modifiying this EQ?

You can A/B it with your software! Wavelab for example has the smart bypass function which automatically equals the (RMS) loudness of the unprocessend and processed signal. Works also with hardware inserts.
