Rebuild API gear????

As some of you may remember, I got stuck with a pair of API 550A-1's in a fraudulent eBay auction.

I have repeatedly tried to interest API in restoring these to full working order (leaky caps, bad switches) but they don't respond.

Who would you recommend to overhaul these things so I can wring a little use out of them?
