Akg bx-20

I have a broken coil in my BX-20. Dan Kennedy (Great River Electronics) & I took it apart and found the coil was the problem. He suggested I have the coil cloned, which will destroy it, no big deal it's now a mono spring.
This will cost $600-800 to do. It is really the only part that can ware out that can't be replaced.
Trying to find some people who might want to invest in this. If you have a BX-10 it's not the same coil, different design.
I Guess I might be selling spare coils, even tough I haven't done this yet, just seeing if there was interest.
Thanks,
Jeremy

Hey,

I know this is a couple months old but count me in as well...we've got one we're using in Mono since we haven't dug into the issue with the other channel but it'd be great to know replacing the coil would be an option.

Cheers
