Thread Starter | Soldering Station Help (Auto Temp. Control)
Can somebody take a look at this and tell me if this iron looks like it is truly "auto-temperature" control. i.e. it senses when you've contacted something you're about to solder and heats up fast. And then when you put it down, it cools off. http://www.circuitspecialists.com/prod.itml/icOid/6438 I received this unit thinking that's exactly what it was, but there's no "N" in the part number on the unit I have, and there's no mention in the manual about a "thermostat sensor" like it says on the site. If they sent me the wrong unit, I'd like to avoid using it before I send it back. |
