Thread Starter | Hello, I've just bought second hand a Soundtracs 842s. I'm getting quite a loud hum from the desk (I haven't tried grounding it properly yet) and the potentiometers seem to make a lot of "scrtcchh" sounds, So I'll probably need to change them. So far I can explain this problems... But I seem to get nearly unpredictable considerable level drops, the level suddenly jumps backup generally when I touch the desk!? Maybe someone knows where the problem might be? Finally I just can't seem to find any info on the World Wide Web on this small console... and very little on 'Soundtracs' so if someone has any info for me that would be nice thumbsup Thank you. Notiamobene. |
