tkd motor faders, maintenance

We have TKD MVH2 Series motorized faders in our Raindirk LN3 console with Audiomation automation, currently several faders of the console do not function properly, some of these faders do not move, but the motor works and make noise when they recive the order of the automation, and others move but sometimes, depending on the speed of movement, they stop if the speed is very slow, and we would like to know, what would be the most correct way to clean and lubricate, and what would be the most recommended products for this purpose as well as we would also like to know where can we buy these faders in Europe
thanks a lot in advance
