| Mixing Question Hi . I am a newbee on mixing. I've read some threads here about compression and I don't understand how to work it out. U guys been talking about using more than one compresser on a single Kick drum or Snare etc. one is for the attack; while the other is for the tone....I just wonder How u would duplicate the Kick track into many and apply different compressers?Will u chop the wave up so that one track is only the Attack of the kick and the other is the sustain part? or u just try to make as many attack on one track and make more sustain on another? ^^ ![]() |
