Tech in NYC?

Looking for someone who can replace a module on PCB. Just involves de-soldering old one and replacing with a new one. Seems like an easy operation which I would do myself but I'm afraid I would mess something up.

I prefer to deal with an individual as opposed to bringing it in to a shop.

Thanks.
