Does anyone know where I can find these white switch caps?

Does anyone know where I can find "old school" white switch caps for the Schadow and E-Switch F / TA series? These "large size" switch caps were very common on audio gear back in the 80's (think Eventide H910) but to my knowledge they are no longer being made. E-Switch lists them in an old catalog as TAB-WHT, 14.7 x 7.3 x 11 mm. I have searched far and wide with no success.

If you have any for sale or any leads, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

The ones I need are TAB instead of TAD, but thanks for trying. Someone else gave me a lead to C&K 15-02, which is a match, and I found it at onlinecomponents.com.
