Matrix mixer kits

Hi,

Does anyone know of a pcb kit for a 8 x 8 or 6 x 6 matrix mixer?

I'm considering just getting a bunch of pots and connecting them up, but I'm sure input/output impedances would need op-amp buffering....or maybe not, and my electronic design skills just don't go as far as component design....just wires

Any help appreciated.....
