HARP ELCO Pinout?

I'm getting ready to wire up my Pro Tools rack to ELCO connectors, and want to use the HARP standard, as many studios in LA are wired this way. Does anyone have a pinout that they can post? I feel like I've looked everywhere on the net... I know that the diagrams exist in old tech files, but can anyone get one without coffee stains posted??

Cheers,

Ryan Hewitt

And here's a 120 pin version, while we're at it.
