D & R 4000 console, need schematic, can you help?

I have a D & R 4000 console and I need a schematic for it. All I've been able to find is a crappy PDF file of it that is practically useless. PLease, help me! Is there anybody out their with the magic schematic?

Their manuals were pretty poor in the days of the 4000 and the following one which I have which is the D&R line. I know cause I used to sell em.
