Build spring reverb unit?

I'm planning on building a reverb unit with an Accutronics spring unit. Like, build the actual cabinet and everything. Do you know of any websites or stuff like that with help and descriptions on how this could be achieved?

I got the reverb unit, just need to build a cabinet with knobs and stuff like that...

Using google will bring up some nice infos! >>> Google Search for "spring reverb"
You should have a look for some schematics of the classic units like AKG and of course a schematic of a guitar amp will schow you how to do a driver sircuit too.
There are tube and solidstate drivers in diverent guitar amps.
You could build it with or with out the tone stack.
Heck even add a simple graphic eq to tweak the input signal!
Add a delay...

Ok I let it carry me a bit to far!

I've worked extensivley with the accusonics units, as well as even more primitive units using large springs in oil. I have several schematics, tube and solid state, you may be interested in checking out for your project. Email me privatley at timstoel _ at _ yahoo.com.

If you understand german look out for Elrad`s extraprint which exclusive is about plans/circuits of studiotechnics.
Me self is looking for it, it was release 20 years ago. Anyway I will find it again.

I have an Orban 111b spring verb I'd part with if your interested. Sounds great and it's complete and fits in a normal rack.
