Righto all you Neve slutz. My studio has recently acquired a 33609B (metal pots) for a great price. We are chuffed to bits. However we have noticed that the B-channel is missing some low-end compared to the A-channel. Do you think a re-cap will sort this or could it be an indication of something more serious. The audio path is very minimalistic... just look around the electrolytic capacitors close to the output amplifier. There will be one decoupling the gain boost and another decoupling the transformer primary. Also check the caps around the buffers that drive the intermediate transformer after the diode bridge.
