beyer tuchel conector to xlr

i got an old beyerdynamic m201 with small tuchel conecter it i is labeled 1,2 and 3 (2 is "down while 3 is right and 1 left above) how to wire it to xlr?

you can buy converters as well.

XLR standard 1 ground, 2 hot +, 3 cold -,
on the other side if you are looking at the female 3 plug tuchel
left top pin is -
bottom middle is ground
right top pin is +

a lot of mics from that time had the ground in the middle
like electrical cords !

the full name would be M 201 N(C)
thats for the connector type
there has been diffrent cabling options but this is the one i use on the same mic that you have ( I have beyer 201,88, and 260 with tuchel plugs) these are great sounding mics.
