Auto-tune Rack drops level!?!

Inserting my Auto-Tune rack unit drops the level 6db or so. It's not a wiring issue. If I swap cables around I still have a problem. Any ideas?

Thanks

6dB sounds like a ballanced/unballanced issue....

Is there a gain to make it up?

I've re-soldered, as well as tried cables off of other gear in the racks. I'm dumbfounded!

Are you running it pre or post? Makes a big difference in the software versions...

I'm running it off of balanced inserts from my Neotek Elan. You've made me think though. I'm gonna try to run the RADAR out directly to the Auto-tune.
