Lexicon Reverb hardware question...

This is probably dumb question but it appears to me that Lexicon provides 12 or 13 reverbs for most of the lower & mid price point units. It seems to me that for the most part, the price point revolves around the number of parameters that can be tweaked for each reverb and the number of factory & user presets.

So my question is: can the older units like an MX-100 have its parameters either expanded or "turned on" to mimic another unit, say an MX-400?

(An example of Roland is the SDE-300 which reportedly can be converted to a Roland SRV-300 by entering a password in a particular area of the unit's algorithm...)

Thank you in advance,

DY

No, the older units have less memory space right in the design of the box, and the software won't swap between units because all of the I/O mapping is different from box-to-box.
