Where to find custom-made toggle switches?

Hi all, new guy here.

I'm on a quest of sorts. I've searched various places for quite a while and can't seem to find the exact switch I'm looking for, so I'm going to have to resort to finding someone who can custom-make it. As far as I know, it's not something that's ever been made, or at least if it was, it wasn't popular enough to still be in regular production.

Anyway, if anyone knows of a manufacturer of custom toggle switches (Gibson Les Paul 3-way style, not the bladed Fender type), I'd be grateful for the contact info.

Cheers

Your best bets are Gibson direct or Switchcraft. Here's a typical 3 pickup Gibson diagram:

.

Switchcraft is a great source for any stacked switch type. Follow this link:

Welcome to Switchcraft! Consistently Excellent since 1946!

Home page > Switches > Lever Switches > LEV-R Switch Series 12000

There is also a switching configuration page at the site.

Happy hunting!

Best, Paul

Thanks, but I've already been through Switchcraft's site - they didn't have what I was looking for, and I don't recall ever receiving a response from them when I asked about a custom ordered switch.

I found this place in an industrial catalog: Welcome to IDEC site

They have a switch similar to what I'm looking for, but it mounts in a hole that's 1.5" in diameter, which is just a smidge bigger than the typical Gibson toggle hole

Was hoping for more variety in custom fabricators.

Good luck. Unless you're a little more forthcoming with what you're looking for and the specs/application, you're probably not going to get a whole bunch of responses.

Yeah, that's the catch, though. I can't be too specific without giving away the design/application, and I'd be giving away a potential fortune.
