JLM Baby Animal transformer combinations!

I made a thread in 'so much gear' but on second thought figure this is probably the better place. Im looking find out about the sounds of different transformer combinations. I only plan to use the preamp for vocals and wish have different sounds in each of the 2 channels. I was thinking some nevish flavour in one and some api in another.

The stantard everything kit gives

JLM14 &Jlm99v combo
OEP and jml99v combo

Are these both good for recording vocals? will either of them give the sound im looking for?

please feel free to give other combinations like lundahl, cinemag, jenson cobos

Do a search at prodigy pro lab and you find what you need .
Nice little preamp .
Sits right in the middle of punchy and smooth .
i have a few with the 1:4 JLM input 99v .
cant go wong
In fact I think Its perfect for vocals .
