US/UK step down transformer /hamptone

US/UK step down transformer /hamptone
sorry for the basic question -it's about powering stuff from US in the UK & i figure better safe than sorry! I assume I'll need a step down transformer for kettle lead that powers the unit (in this case the Hamptone HVTP2) cos of UK voltage at 240 volts. - Anyone had any experience - can advise?

Do i just need to grab one of these things:
Maplin > Portable UK to USA Auto Transformers
