Thread Starter | How to convert 3 pin amphenol to XLR??
Hi Folks....I have this old mic (70"s early 80"s) that has a 4 pin amphenol connector on it and it has a High and low impedance setting and I would like to convert this mic to a XLR connector..... I figure that one pin of the amphenol is the Hot High impedance signal and the other is a hot Low impedance signal and one pin being the Cold signal and one being ground ??? maybe? does anyone here know how to wire a 4 pin to a 3 pin XLR?? Thanx |

Gee, what kind of mic? Look up the pinout and build your own, or find it here and buy one: http://www.oaktreeent.com/Vintage_St...one_Cables.htm It all depends on the mic and the pinout... L |
