Frequency range of an analog synth.

Has anyone measured the total frequency range of an analog synth ? How high are the highest harmonics before they disappear into the noise floor ?

Just curious that's all.

Depends on the synth.

It's very easy to make a synth with sub- and ultra-soninc output.....

Yeah i realize that. I was just curious about any measurement. Any analog synth will do.
EDIT: And i'm mostly interested in the upper limit. I suppose you can do an LFO that does one cycle in a week should one want to..

yeah, I can certainly get my Minimoog to get so low you can actually watch the speaker move in and out over the course of 2-3 seconds. as far as the highest highs... beats me.

with a self resonating filter by itself you can easily exceed the
range of human hearing.

as far as note range of a synths oscillators well that depends on the synth. w/an oscillator into a bandpass filter w/dual resonance it seem like you could cover the frequencey range.. it's all in the patch i guess.
