Thread Starter | Digital or analog???
I have a Presonus firestudio which leave some things to be disired. I mainly need 2 good quality mic pre's. Do I go API A2D and use the digital outs, bypassing the firestudio's preamp? Or can I get a D.A.V. BG-1 to amp my mics into the front of the firestudio? I love the sound of the BG-1, it's $1000 cheaper and can move around my studio to where the mics are. Am I losing something useing the firestudio's analog in's. Bobby.  |
